1. Run the fuse box 2 lead in front of the rib for the fuse box 2.
2. Seat Lock Cable
3. Hook the licence plate light lead and the left turn signal light lead on
the projection of the tool
kit case.

Air Intake Duct Disassembly
(Other than US, CA and CAL Models)
Remove:
Air Intake Duct (see Air Intake Duct Removal)
Seal [A] and Screen [B]
Turn the air intake valve actuator [C] counterclockwise
(90В°).
Remove the shaft [A] of the air intake valve actuator.
Remove:
Pad [A]
Screws [B]
Air Intake Valve [C]

Release Shaft Installation
Apply grease to the oil seal lips on the upper ridge of the
clutch cover.
Apply engine oil to the needle bearings in the hole of the
clutch cover.
Applymolybdenum disulfide grease to the pusher-holding
portion [A] on the release shaft.
Install the washer [B] and spring [C].
