the intake and exhaust systems of the engine are in
good condition.
Situate the motorcycle so that it is vertical.

Rear Sprocket Warp Inspection
Raise the rear wheel off the ground with the stand so that
it will turn freely.
Set a dial gauge [A] against the rear sprocket [B] near the
teeth as shown in the figure, and rotate [C] the rear wheel
to measure the sprocket runout (warp). The difference

Fuse Box Fuse Removal
Remove the left upper inner fairing (see Upper Inner Fairing
Removal in the Frame chapter).
Unlock the hook [A] to take off the fuse box 1 [B].
Unlock the hook [C] to lift up the lid.
Pull the fuses [A] straight out of the fuse box 1 with needle
nose pliers.
