If the wheel binds or catches before the stop, the steering is too tight.

1. The engine speed is more than 6 000 r/min (rpm).

Rocker Arm/Tie-Rod Bearing, Sleeve Inspection

Do not remove the bearings for inspection. Removal
may damage them.
Visually inspect the rocker arm, or tie-rod sleeves [A] and
needle bearings [B].
