Cylinder HeadCity Light (LED) Removal/Installation
Remove:
Upper Fairing Assembly (see Upper Faring Assembly
Removal in the Frame chapter)
Headlight (see Headlight Removal)
Remove the screws [A], and take the city light [B] off the
upper fairing assembly.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Note the following.

L: Apply a non-permanent locking agent.
MO: Apply molybdenum disulfide oil solution.

Tighten:
Torque - Gear Positioning Lever Bolt [D]: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m,

Assemble:
Ratchet [A]
Pawls [B]
Pins [C]
Springs [D]
Install the shift ratchet ...
