thickness of either pad is less than
1 mm (0.04 in.), replace both pads

Oil Pump Drive Gear Installation
Install is the reverse of removal. Note the following.
First, engage the oil pump chain [A] to the gears, and then
install the oil pump drive gear [B].
Turn the “OUT” mark [C] to outside.
Apply a non-permanent locking agent to the oil pump drive
chain guide bolt and the oil pump drive ...
Lower Fairing Removal
Remove the quick rivets [A].
Remove:
Quick Rivets [A]
Bolts [B]
Pull up the core by the flat-head screwdriver (–), and then
remove the quick rivet.
Clear the hook portions on the upper edges [C] from the
slots, and remove the left lower fairing [D].
