Examine the drive gear [C] as well. Replace the clutch gear if it is worn or damaged.

Using a high flash-point solvent, clean off any oil or dirt
that may be on the silicone sealant coating area. Dry
them with a clean cloth.
Apply silicone sealant to the threads of the oil pressure
switch, and tighten it.

Install the air suction valve so that opening [A] of the reed
faces downward.
Apply a non-permanent locking agent to the threads of
the air suction valve cover bolts [A], and tighten them.

Use the battery which is fully charged.
Warm up the engine thoroughly.
Stop the engine.
