Nozzle Assy InstallationCylinder (Upper Crankcase) Wear Inspection
Split the crankcase (see Crankcase Splitting).
Remove the pistons (see Piston Removal).
Assemble the cylinder (upper crankcase) [A], the cylinder
head [B] and the cylinder head gasket [C].
Tighten the cylinder head bolts (see Cylinder Head Installation
in the Engine Top End chapter).

Premuffler Chamber Installation
Replace the premuffler chamber gasket [A] with a new
one.
Install the premuffler chamber gasket to the premuffler
chamber [B] until it is bottomed so that the chamfer side
faces exhaust pipe [C].
Install the exhaust pipe clamp [D] as shown in the figure.
