Caliper Rubber Parts ReplacementRear Wheel Removal
Raise the rear wheel off the ground with the stand [A].
Remove:
Cotter Pin [A]
Rear Axle Nut [B]
Washer [C]
Rear Axle [D] (from Right Side)
Remove the rear wheel rotation sensor from the caliper
bracket (see Rear Wheel Rotation Sensor Removal in the
Brakes chapter).

Apply engine oil to the needle bearing [A] and the sleeve
[B].
Install:

Sleeve
Install the clutch housing [A].
Fit the holes [B] and projections [C].
Engage the clutch housing gear and the crankshaft primary
gear.

Start the engine and warm it up thoroughly.
Adjust the balancer gear backlash with the engine idling.
