Replace the bearing assemblies if they show wear or damage.

Install the seals [A] as shown in the figure.
Fit the projections [A] of the air intake valve to the hole [B]
of the air intake ducts.
Tighten:
Torque - Air Intake Duct Assembly Screws: 1.5 N·m (0.15
kgf·m, 13 in·lb)

Amplifier Input Voltage Inspection
NOTE
Be sure the battery is fully charged.
Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
Remove the upper fairing (see Upper Fairing Removal in
the Frame chapter).
Do not disconnect the connectors.
Connect a digital meter to the amplifier connector [A] with
needle adapter set.
