Exploded ViewRear Master Cylinder Installation
Replace the washers that are on each side of hose fitting
with new ones.
Install the brake hose [A].
Touch the brake hose to the stopper [B] of the rear master
cylinder.
Tighten:

Remove the front seat (see Front Seat Removal in the
Frame chapter).
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
In the left side view of the motorcycle, check to see
the pulley [A] clockwise [B] and counterclockwise [C]
smoothly.
