Exploded ViewCamshaft, Camshaft Cap Wear Inspection
Remove the camshaft caps (see Camshaft Removal).
Cut the strips of plastigage (press gauge) to journal width.
Place a strip on each journal parallel to the camshaft installed
in the correct position.
